REVENUE LEADERSHIP ADVISORY
Build the revenue system your next stage requires.
Growth often creates a new set of problems. The founder cannot stay at the center of every deal. The CRO cannot solve every issue alone. Managers need a clear way to lead.
Product, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery need to work from the same view of customer value. I work with founders, CEOs, and revenue leaders to help solve those problems and build a stronger revenue organization.
THE REAL CONSTRAINT
Most revenue problems are not just sales problems.
The founder is still needed in too many deals. Forecasts are hard to trust. Managers report numbers but do not coach well. Pipeline is growing, but quality is unclear. Sales and Product are not fully aligned.
The company has added tools without improving execution. The first CRO needs support building the system. Growth has made the business harder to run. The team has too many priorities. Leadership knows something needs to change but is not sure where to start.
The first job is not to add more process. It is to find the real constraint.
HOW I WORK
Advisory, not outsourced execution.
I do not come in with a standard playbook and install it. The work starts with understanding the business: customer, product, market, team, economics, current operating system, growth stage, and main constraints.
From there, we work from first principles. We use outside experience where it helps. We do not assume that what worked somewhere else will work here.
Borrow the lesson. Question the assumption. Build for the business you actually have.
ADVISE / BUILD / PARTNER
Three levels of access and involvement.
The range of the relationship—not a menu of programs. You do not need to choose a level before we talk.
ADVISE
Executive Advisory
BEST FOR — A founder, CEO, or CRO who is already running the business but wants an experienced operator to help think through the hardest decisions.
THE RELATIONSHIP — Light-touch, high-value advisory. The client owns the work. The advisor helps improve the thinking behind it.
TYPICAL AREAS — Revenue strategy, CRO coaching, founder-to-CRO transition, leadership decisions, talent, organization design, pipeline and forecast issues, major deals, Product and Sales alignment, and strategic partnerships.
HOW IT FEELS — You bring the issue. We get to the real problem. We test the assumptions. We make the next decision clear.
A trusted outside operator for the decisions that matter most.
BUILD
Revenue Operating System Advisory
BEST FOR — A company with real traction that needs a better way to run revenue—often moving away from founder-led sales or supporting a CRO building more structure.
THE RELATIONSHIP — More hands-on than Executive Advisory. The focus is on building the operating system with the leadership team.
TYPICAL AREAS — Revenue leadership cadence, weekly manager system, one-on-ones, pipeline standards, forecast rules, MBRs, QBRs, talent review, manager coaching, value creation, cross-team alignment, CRO scorecard, and first-principles decisions.
HOW IT FEELS — We find the gaps. We define the few systems that matter. We build them around the business. The leadership team owns the system after it is built.
Build the system that makes good revenue leadership repeatable.
PARTNER
Strategic Revenue Partner
BEST FOR — A founder, CEO, CRO, or board facing a major growth or leadership change, where the decisions are bigger and the stakes are higher.
THE RELATIONSHIP — High-touch, selective, and limited. Close enough to understand the full picture while staying independent enough to challenge the team.
TYPICAL AREAS — Revenue strategy, CRO support, CEO and founder decisions, board-level questions, leadership team design, senior hiring, talent density, Product and market alignment, GTM strategy, strategic partnerships, major customer issues, organizational change, revenue planning, and key operating decisions.
HOW IT FEELS — Ongoing context. Direct access. Fast feedback. Strong challenge. Clear decisions.
Close enough to understand the business. Independent enough to challenge it.

THE DISCOVERY CALL
Start with the problem, not the program.
You do not need to know which advisory level is right before we talk. That is part of the discovery call.
We will understand where the business is today, what you are trying to change, what is getting in the way, and whether the real issue is strategy, talent, process, product, leadership, or execution. Then we determine whether I can help.
You should leave the call with a clearer view of the problem and what needs to happen next—even if there is no fit.
30 minutes. No pitch deck. We start with the business.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Book. Diagnose. Decide.
1. Book — Choose a time that works.
2. Diagnose — We talk about the business, the issue, and the real constraint.
3. Decide — If there is a fit, we decide what level of advisory makes sense. If there is not, you should still leave with a clearer next step.
OPERATING EXPERIENCE
Advice is more useful when it comes from operating experience.
I have lived many of the problems I advise on. My perspective comes from building and leading revenue organizations, founder experience, and the transition from founder-led selling to professional sales leadership.
The work connects partnerships, Product and GTM alignment, scaling teams, talent decisions, and revenue operating systems—not just sales activity.
ADVISORY PRINCIPLES
Fundamentals before complexity.
Fewer priorities. Focus on the few things that can change the result.
First principles. Do not copy another company’s answer.
Direct communication. Get the right people talking to each other.
Strong ownership. One person owns the result.
High standards. Do not normalize weak work.
Fundamentals first. Do not use technology to hide a weak process.
Write before meeting. Use written thinking so meetings can focus on decisions.
START WITH THE PROBLEM
You probably do not need more advice. You may need a better way to see the problem.
The first conversation is about understanding what is really getting in the way and whether I can help.
Start with the problem. We can decide the path from there.
